Kachinas Development Program
Our mission is to create an opportunity for every girl in Arizona to safely play girls hockey at her appropriate age and skill level while developing a lifelong love of the game. We are committed to the development and success of every player from 8U-19U, from Development to Tier I.
With partnerships with local rinks, the Arizona Kachinas Development program plays games in local house rinks include the following age groups: Mites (8U/10U), Squirts (10U/12U), Peewee (12U/14U).
Development Camp & Evals
The 2025-2026 Season is right around the corner! We are introducing a Development Camp for all families looking for additional ice time leading into Development Evals!
Dev Camp and Evals will be at the Coyotes Community Ice Center.
Dev Camp (Full Payment)
Cost: $150

DEVELOPMENT COACHING
We're looking for dedicated individuals interested in coaching our Development teams for the 2025-26 season based at: AZ Ice Gilbert, AZ Ice Peoria, Ice Den Chandler, and Ice Den Scottsdale. We plan to have 9+ Development teams designated at the following levels 8U/10U, 10U/12U & 12U/14U. We are looking for candidates for all coaching positions: Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Student Coach.
Please complete the application below to the best of your ability. Our Development Hockey Director and the Kachinas Board will utilize the responses to identify Head Coaches for interviews. After Head Coaches are selected, they will use the remaining applications to help complete their coaching staffs!
